A member/dependent who is pregnant is required to register with the Q. A. Care Plus maternity programme on 0860 111 090. A dedicated case manager will be assigned to manage and monitor the mother-to-be during her pregnancy.  Guidance will be provided every trimester in terms of diet, exercise and the delivery process to promote natural child birth.  Maternity educational information is also available on the Q. A. Care Plus website ( www.qacare.co.za ).
